The 11 am Tour is a collection tour, it is not a private tour but a group tour of the city, a tour for everyone!
Its name derives from the start time, and allows us to tell about the city of Lucca with stories and legends, examples of artistic works, and iconic monuments.
The advantage of the 11 AM Tour is that it takes place in the historic center, and the meeting point is located in one of the most central squares of the city, Piazza San Michele, just over a 10-minute walk from the railway station.
It was born several years ago, thanks to the careful programming of a group of dedicated licensed local tourist guides, to offer an economic tour of the most iconic central Lucchese monuments, and an authentic cultural experience.
It is thanks to the Lucca Info&Guide Association, that I have had the opportunity to present the city,
narrate its history and transmit its beauty for 10 years.
It offers participants the opportunity to meet new friends, and see new sights, while walking through the streets and alleys, and to get to know the city with a qualified guide.
It allows you to discover Lucca, the events and the territory, and therefore the commitment to conduct this tour, with the dedication and work of the association’s tourist guides, which will be constant throughout the season.
Languages Offered
The tour will be conducted in Italian and English with two professional tour guides, leading two different groups, one per each language.

It is designed for anyone who wants to discover or deepen their knowledge of Lucca, from its origins to the present day..
What will we discover?
We will share folklore, local food specialties, historical figures, and the legends connected to them. Discover that Lucca of courtyards, tower houses, and medieval towers, along with its 19th- century transformation. The Art Nouveau (Liberty) decorations that adorn many buildings, shop windows, and signs.
Local products and traditions that are still preserved today.
The Walls of Lucca, originally designed for defense but now a stunning city park to enjoy year-round. Don’t forget your camera for the best shots! The tour ends at Piazza dell’Anfiteatro

The meeting point is the marble statue in the center of the San Michele square.

The tour takes place from March 2025 to November 2025 at 11:00 – Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Price
Adults 15 € per person.
Children can participate, and under the age of 12 do not pay the tour price.
